Kayla Blake currently serves as the Miami Hurricanes Assistant Vice President of Engagement with Legends College, where she oversees the Golden Cane Society and Annual Fund initiatives. She started this position during the merger of Legends and the Miami Hurricanes Athletic Department in December 2023. With a proven track record in the athletic administration field, Kayla previously held the position of Assistant Athletic Director of Sales, Service & Annual Fund at the University of Miami, where she made significant contributions.
Having joined UM in January of 2020 as the Director of Ticket Sales, Kayla's dedication and success led to her receiving two promotions. Notably, she played a pivotal role in achieving the highest number of annual suites ever sold, showcasing her leadership and strategic prowess.
Prior to her tenure at the University of Miami, Kayla Blake served as the Senior Account Executive at the Orange Bowl Committee from April 2017 to January 2020. Her experience also includes valuable contributions to the sales teams of both the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals.
Originally from Huntington, West Virginia, Kayla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management and Marketing from Marshall University. She continued her academic journey at the University of Miami, graduating with a Master’s in Sport Administration in December 2023. Her outstanding academic achievements were recognized with the title of Graduate Student of the Year.
